Instructions  (Serves 4-6)
  1. Pull the chicken meat off the bone and tear into bite size chunks (discard the skin, you might want to make a nice chicken stock with the bones)
  2. Get the pasta cooking and in the meantime go to step 3
  3. Heat the Peanut oil in a wok to medium high, add the cabbage and stir fry for 1 minute
  4. Add the chicken
  5. Add the bell pepper
  6. Add the Curry Love
  7. Drain the pasta and add to wok, mix well and serve 
** to roast bell peppers: lightly oil the whole peppers with olive oil and put onto a baking sheet with parchment paper, then bake in the oven at 375 F until nicely blackened and blistered. Take out, put into a bowl and cover with saran wrap. After 15 minutes you’ll be able to peel off the skin easily. Discard the seeds and slice the bell pepper.
Yellow Curry with Chicken, Spaghetti, Roasted Peppers and Chinese Cabbage

1 jar Luscious Yellow Thai Curry
1 whole roasted chicken
1 pound spaghetti
2 roasted, peeled and sliced bell peppers **
½ Chinese cabbage sliced (also known as nappa cabbage)
