Instructions  (Serves 2-4)
1. Heat the oil in a skillet and heat till very hot, add the beef and season with salt and pepper
2. Cook until browned on all sides, approximately 1 minute
3. Transfer the meat to a plate and keep warm
4. Turn down the heat and add the sauce to the pan
5. Next add the asparagus and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
6. Next add the the cherry tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes
7. Add the meat and and bring to a short boil, do not boil for longer than 30 seconds or the meat will become tough
8. Before serving, garnish with chili and basil leaves

Serve with steamed rice


Yellow Curry with Beef and Tomatoes
CURRY LOVE INGREDIENT
LUSCIOUS YELLOW THAI CURRY™
Ingredients
2 Tsp cooking oil
1 pound sliced flank steak
salt + pepper
1 cup asparagus tips
½ cup cherry tomatoes

Garnish
8 basil leaves, sliced
