Instructions  (Serves 2-4)
1. Heat the oil in a skillet and heat till medium hot, add shrimp, season with salt and pepper
2. Cook until pink then add peppers, chili and asparagus and stirfry on medium heat for 2 minutes
3. Add the sauce to the pan and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally

Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and chili

Serve with steamed rice


Banana Curry with Spicy Shrimp
CURRY LOVE INGREDIENT
BLISSFUL BANANA GINGER CURRY™
Ingredients
2 Tsp cooking oil
1 pound shelled and deveined shrimp
salt + pepper
1 cup green asparagus tips
1 cup yellow pepper sliced
1 tsp sliced chili pepper, for less heat rinse the seeds out

Garnish
1 Tsp cilantro chopped
