Instructions  (Serves 2-4)
1. Heat the oil in a skillet and heat till medium hot, add the garlic, season with salt and pepper
2. Cook until browned then add peppers and stirfry on medium heat for 2 minutes
3. Add the sauce to the pan and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
4. Next add the shrimp and asparagus
5. Cover with a lid and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until shrimp are pink and asparagus are cooked but still crunchy

Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and chili and serve over linguine or angel hair pasta

Ingredients
2 Tsp cooking oil
5 whole Garlic cloves, sliced
1 pound shelled and deveined shrimp
salt + pepper
1 cup green asparagus tips
1 cup yellow pepper sliced

Garnish
1 Tsp cilantro chopped
1 Tsp sliced chili pepper
