Instructions  (Serves 2-4)
1. Heat the oil in a skillet and heat till very hot, add the veal cubes and season with salt and pepper
2. Cook until browned on all sides, approximately 2 minutes
3. Transfer the meat to a plate and keep warm
4. Next add the pineapple and pepper and stirfry for 2 minutes
5. Add the sauce to the pan and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
6. Add the meat and bring to a short boil, do not boil for longer than 2 minutes or the meat will become tough

In a fresh pan, heat oil and fry the banana slices, before serving top with bananas and cilantro if desired, top with some toasted almond slivers

Serve with steamed rice


Banana Curry with Veal and Pineapple
CURRY LOVE INGREDIENT
BLISSFUL BANANA GINGER CURRY™
Ingredients
2 Tsp cooking oil
1 pound veal filet tenderloin sliced
salt + pepper
½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup red pepper sliced
1 cup green pepper sliced

Garnish
1 Banana sliced not too thin approximately ½"
1 tsp cooking oil
1 Tsp cilantro chopped
