Instructions  (Serves 2-4)
1. Heat the oil in a skillet till hot
2. Add the shrimp and sauté 1 minute on each side
3. Add the mango and scallions and stirfry for 2 more minutes on medium heat
4. Add the banana ginger curry sauce and bring to a boil
5. Add the rice noodles and toss to mix, simmer for 1 more minute

Instructions For Rice Noodles
1. Take ½ pound rice noodles and submerge in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes, drain and rinse.

Serve with steamed rice


Banana Curry with Rice Noodles, Mango and Shrimp
CURRY LOVE INGREDIENT
BLISSFUL BANANA GINGER CURRY™
Ingredients
1 Tsp cooking oil
1 lb shelled and deveined shrimp
salt + pepper
¼ cup sliced Scallions
½ cup ripe mango cut in cubes
½ lb prepared rice noodles (see instructions)

Garnish
toasted macademia nuts
chopped cilantro
